Fees & rebates
My fees are listed on my booking page here.
This will depend on whether you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Medicare usually reimburses the rebate, usually within a day or two of the session.
Yes, in order to claim a Medicare rebate you will need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, however just to book an appointment no referral is needed.
This depends on the extent of your cover through your private health insurer. Please check directly with your fund to confirm your cover.
We are a private practice and do not offer bulk billing.
Life happens and we understand that you may need to cancel your appointment. Appointments require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling; late cancellations and non-attendance (no-shows) may incur the full session fee, however consideration may be given in cases of illness, particularly if an alternative appointment can be offered within the same week.
Even when your sessions are part of a workers’ compensation claim, you’ll still be asked to provide your credit card details when booking. This is because coverage is subject to approval and review processes, and may not be confirmed at the time of your appointment. Providing card details simply allows the appointment to be secured, and ensures there is a backup method in place should sessions not be approved or if there are any delays in payment.
